Mindfulness Meditation (Anapana), is one of the oldest and most simple forms of meditation. It is used in many cultures, both past and present in the east as the first step to enlightening ones self. The simple and pure mindfulness meditation uses the focus point of the breath to sharpen and develop the mind. This is one of the best tools for stress relief.

“In the end, just three things matter:
How well we have lived
How well we have loved
How well we have learned to let go”
What is involved?
You will be guided to focus on your breath, on the feeling of the breath as it passes in and out of your nose. This will continue for five minutes and, as focus on the breath becomes more clear, the mind will become much sharper and more aware. After four minutes the Ho’oponopono will begin. You will be guided through the mantra:
Please forgive me.
I love you.“
You will learn this mantra, you will learn to say in out loud or within yourself, you will learn to say it from the heart.
What can I expect?
Stress relief is guaranteed after taking the time to do this mindfulness meditation. You will feel a greater sense of well being, a calm and relaxed state. Any strong feelings like anger, sorrow or anxiety will be reduced or gone all together.
